Pardon
the poor image... I had to overly compress it to make it
a reasonable file size. It does the trick however!
1.
Show - If you have a blank Entry, write the
show name here. (Ex. Whatever Kennel Club, Inc.) Most
entries have the show name and date written on them
already.
2.
Date - Self explanatory. Write the date of the
show you are entering.
$. Write the amount
of the entry here. (For the total amount of entries on
THIS entry form.)
3.
Breed - Write your breed's name.
4.
Variety. - In boxers, nothing goes here, leave
it blank.
5.
Sex - Self explanatory I hope. Do not write,
"Yes, Thank you!" Fill in the sex of the dog you are
entering.
6. Dog Show Class-
Write the name of the class you are entering.
In boxers classes are as follows:
6-9 puppy - Puppies
from 6 months to 9 months of age
9-12 puppy - Puppies
from 9 months to 12 months of age
12-18 puppy -
Puppies from 12 months to 18 months of age
American Bred -
Limited to dogs born in the USA - Usually a smaller
class than the Open Classes.
Bred By Exhibitor -
Generally explained, this class is limited to dogs
Handled/Exhibited by the person listed as the BREEDER of
the dog entered in this class. If you are listed as the
breeder on the dog you are entering, you can enter in
this class.
Open Brindle - Any
brindle dog can enter this class.
Open Fawn - Any fawn
dog can enter this class.
NOTE: The open
classes are USUALLY the largest classes at the show.
7. Class Division -
Well, if the classes are divided by color, write which
you are entering here - (Ex. Open Brindle, or Fawn)
Sometimes puppy classes at National Specialty shows are
divided by color.
8.
Additional Classes - Write in any additional
Classes you are entering. For example, you would write
your Sweepstakes class in here. Or brace.
9.
Full Name of Dog - Write your dogs AKC
Registered name here. This is a prime example of why you
do not name your dog a silly Registered name. EVERYONE
will see it. I saw a dog this weekend with the
registered name of "Cow Chip" I doubt much forethought
went into this dogs naming, considering he now has a
show career. Poor Guy.
10.
You have checkboxes here, and you will check
'AKC Reg. No.' in 99.9% of cases. Then, write your dogs
AKC Registration Number here. Many begin with WP or now,
WR.
11.
Date of Birth - Write your dogs birthday.
12.
Place of Birth - Check what country your dog
was born in. In most cases, USA.

write in the names of all owners listed on the AKC
Registration papers, and the address you want your
entries to come back to! (Your own, I would think!)
17.
Agent - If you use a handler, write in their
name here if they will be handling your dog at this
show. If no handler, leave empty.
18.

with your hard earned cash to the show Superintendant!
